James Fortune, the gospel music singer, is one of the performers at this 8 pm on BET for the 10th Celebration of Gospel tonight at 8PM on BET. The will take place at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles and will be hosted by Steve Harvey.
James Fortune is a gospel singer, graduated from Kempner High School in Sugar Land, Texas and attended California State University, Northridge. His debut recording “You Survived” was launched in September 2004 which also brought him honors at the 19th American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) Rhythm and Soul Music Awards. The same song topped as the second most popular Gospel song in the country and until now it appears one of top 7 songs since the last three years.
